Inclusivity
Skincare for all skin tones & undertones
Different skin tones and undertones require different approaches, textures, concentrations, and routines.
Some skin tones are more prone to pigmentation, inflammation, or post-inflammatory discolouration, while other skin types experience redness, sensitivity, or a compromised skin barrier more quickly.
Therefore, our formulas and routines can be adjusted based on individual skin condition, sensitivity, and skin goals, for a personalised approach that suits every skin tone and undertone.
Skincare for all genders
Skin health is not gender-specific.
Hormones, shaving habits, skin thickness, sensitivity, and lifestyle can affect everyone's skin differently.
Instead of developing skincare based on gender, Prescription looks at what the skin actually needs. Our formulas and routines can be adjusted in texture, concentration, and frequency of use to support various skin needs and concerns.
Skincare for every age & stage of life
Skin is constantly changing.
From young skin and hormonal changes to pregnancy, menopause and longevity-focused skincare, every stage of life brings new skin needs.
That’s why Prescription routines are designed to evolve with the skin. Concentrations, product combinations, and routines can be adjusted over time to support changing skin behaviour and long-term skin health.
Skincare for every climate
Climate has a big impact on skin behavior.
Travel, pollution, UV rays, air conditioning, cold weather, and dry air can all affect the skin barrier and overall skin condition.
Therefore, Prescription routines can be adjusted based on climate, season, and environment. Formulas, textures, and active ingredients are tailored to optimally support the skin in various conditions.
Personalisation is at the core and is the most sophisticated form of luxury
Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, Prescription Skincare allows for routines to be created based on the unique needs of the skin.
Our products are developed to work together within a personalized routine structure.
For example:
- an active ingredient like niacinamide can be added or removed depending on skin condition
- the dosage can be adjusted
- the frequency of use can change over time
- the routine can evolve with the skin
This creates a routine tailored to the individual, not the average consumer.
Because healthy skin looks different for everyone, and skincare should never be one-size-fits-all.
Our inclusivity commitment across the organization
At Prescription, inclusivity extends beyond our products. Our commitment to Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion applies to our policies, everyday practices and interactions with employees, customers, professional partners and the wider community. We strive for equal opportunities, respectful treatment, accessible communication and the active consideration of diverse perspectives in our decisions.
1. Operations
We are committed to a respectful and inclusive workplace where employees are treated fairly regardless of background, age, gender, identity or personal circumstances. We apply these principles to recruitment, collaboration, development and internal communication. Through our employee satisfaction survey, conducted on 17 June 2026, we gathered feedback on wellbeing, diversity and organizational culture. The results were also shared. We use this feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Customers
We want people of different skin tones, genders, ages, skin needs and backgrounds to see themselves reflected in our products, advice and communication. Alongside personalized skincare, we are committed to respectful, understandable and representative marketing and service. Our Ethical Marketing & PR Policy, published on 26 June 2026, includes guidance on respect, representation and inclusion. We use feedback from customers and professional partners to improve our approach.
3. Community
We aim to share knowledge about skin health in an accessible and respectful way with the wider community, including skincare professionals and groups with diverse skin needs. We seek to respond to community needs and listen to feedback from partners and other stakeholders. The youth initiative discussed in 2026, focusing on supporting young people with acne-prone or problematic skin, is an example of how we intend to translate this commitment into community engagement. Its implementation and outcomes should be documented separately.
Implementation, accountability and review
These JEDI principles guide decisions about employees, customer communication, professional partnerships and community activities. Management oversees their implementation and periodically discusses relevant concerns, feedback and improvement measures. The document owner coordinates the review of this statement. The last recorded review was in June 2026; the next scheduled review is January 2027. We acknowledge that commitments must be supported by practical implementation and evidence.
